Very central location, great staff, good breakfast and amazing views from the balcony. High price for the size of the room.

Overall a very good hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Two comments: 1. The room lighting was a bit dark. We would like it to be brighter. 2. TV channels - it would be nice to have one or two English language channels.

We have stayed before without any noise issues, but we had a room this time with interconnecting door. Although it was closed , we could hear neighbours coughing and snoring, not good sound proofing if you have one of these rooms

Amazing room - good view from the balcony and clean throughout the week. Friendly and very helpful staff. Delicious breakfast (although scrambled egg could have been better). Boot dryers did not work. Afternoon tea had run out by the time we returned from skiing.

The staff were very polite and welcoming and the room size was good with good size bathroom and balcony etc. It was close to a bubble lift although that did require walking across a couple of roads or scrambling down a bank but thats fine. Also close to centre so near restaurants etc. 1. Decor could do with updating 2. Despite telling staff safe in room didn’t work 3 times, nothing was done to mend it during our stay. 3. Breakfast had lots of different offers, but the cooked breakfast was cold (particularly bacon etc - the warming pans weren’t on for long enough clearly), and there was no salt/pepper on tables. 4. The heating was not turned on in the ski lockers so boots wet in morning. 5. There was a damaged chair on our balcony when we got there which we asked to be replaced but wasn’t. 6. reception was ok with bar and fire but not large for number of rooms and not very welcoming. Spa was ok but extra charges for hot tub etc which is normally included.
